Cheerleading (12 à 17 Ans) Information will soon be available Cours d'aérobie (Adultes) Jeune Aire Club Cardio-Tonus A course of cardiovascular fitness, muscular and flexibility designed for beginners and uses a variety of exercises incorporating work standing, sitting and ground to challenge your muscles for maximum results. Toddlers (18 months to 3 years old) Through this activity, which implements the program tools Carrasco, children have the opportunity to develop to their full capacity basic motor skills. In addition, the program allows toddlers to children to become familiar with the environment, equipment of the gymnasium, while learning the basic movements of gymnastics along with mom or dad. World for kids (3 to 5 years old) This program was created to facilitate the integration of children in the program CANGYM as well as developing motor skills, balance, spatial orientation, coordination and confidence. Recreation program (6 to 14 years old) This program is designed to develop and improve their gymnastic skills, to access to different levels gradually established by CANGYM. In parallel, teaching strategies are used to enhance learning and reinforce the skills acquired. Open course This program is offered to persons that are 15 years and older who would like to use the facilities to get in shape, try new techniques and learn new movements. This course is also for all alumni gymnasts who want to put into practice their gymnastic skills.
