Our camp programs
At Jeune Aire, we offer camps designed to cater to the unique needs and interests of each child. Whether they are looking to discover new passions or simply have fun in an energetic environment, every child will find an activity that’s a perfect fit for them.

SPORT and OUTDOOR option
The Sports and Outdoor option offers campers a dynamic and active experience, with a wide variety of sports activities tailored to all skill levels. The weekly schedule includes gymnastics, team games, swimming, and much more—all in a fun, supportive, and energetic environment. Campers will have the opportunity to build their athletic skills while enjoying the outdoors and relaxing moments by the pool.
Each week, two featured sports are introduced. These may include: soccer, basketball, volleyball, ball hockey, tennis, badminton, disc golf, or baseball. This variety allows campers to explore new disciplines while having fun and staying active.
A weekly ice skating outing is also planned for children enrolled in the sports concentration.
To ensure your child is well-prepared, please pack a separate, clearly labeled bag with the following items:
-
Ice skates (we can lend a pair if needed)
-
Helmet (skating, ski, or bike helmet)
-
Warm clothing (jacket and long pants)
-
Long socks
-
Gloves
In addition, children will participate in one or two gymnastics sessions per week at the Jeune Aire Gymnastics Club, depending on their age group. Transportation will be by foot or public transit.

ART and COOKING option
The Art and Cooking option is perfect for young creatives who love to express themselves through artistic workshops and culinary exploration. Campers will have the chance to draw, paint, sculpt, craft, and also discover new flavors by preparing simple, fun, and delicious recipes. These hands-on activities foster creativity, curiosity, and independence—while bringing joy through making and doing.
Each week, children will take part in 2 to 3 visual arts workshops, where they’ll explore different techniques and materials to bring their imagination to life. They will also enjoy 2 to 3 cooking sessions per week, during which they’ll learn basic food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and the fun of sharing what they’ve made with others.
While this option does not include traditional gymnastics, children will participate in a movement class held in the dance studio. This class incorporates elements of motor skills, coordination, and basic gymnastics, all adapted to their age and level. It's a playful way to get moving, express themselves through body movement, and build balance and physical awareness.
In addition to their studio activities, campers will also enjoy outdoor time to play, socialize, and be active, as well as swimming sessions, creating a well-balanced mix of creative, physical, and relaxing moments throughout the week.
Additional Important Information
To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable camp experience for all, here are a few key details to keep in mind:
Weekly Outings
Camp T-Shirt Required
Every Thursday, campers will participate in a special outing outside the camp. To help with group supervision and ensure everyone’s safety, wearing the official camp t-shirt is mandatory on these days.
If your child did not receive their t-shirt the previous week, don’t worry, it will be handed out on Monday or Tuesday of the current week.
Swimming
Pool Safety
Swimming sessions are scheduled weekly, giving children time to relax, play, and cool off in the water.
-
If your child needs a life jacket, please make sure to pack one for them starting on the first day of camp.
-
A swimming test will be conducted at least once during the summer to assess each child’s comfort level in the water.
Campers are welcome to retake the test later in the summer if they wish.
The test consists of swimming one full length of the pool without touching the bottom or stopping.
Library
Visits
To spark imagination and foster a love of reading, campers will also enjoy quiet time with books.
Every two weeks, they will either:
-
Visit the local library, or
-
Receive a visit from the library team, who will read stories to the children at camp.
These enriching and relaxing moments are a great way to balance out the camp’s busy and active days.
