Steps to make a reservation
We offer time slots for children's parties during weekends from September to May.
Step 1
Reservation and deposit
Choose your date and make your $50 deposit via our website.

Step 2
CONTRACT
A few days after your deposit, you will receive an email including your contract.
Please read your contract and check that all the information is correct.
The week before your children's party, you will be contacted to find out the exact number of participants who will be attending your party.
Step 3
Day of the feast
Arrive about 15 minutes before your birthday party. Ask guests to arrive a few minutes early so you don't waste any of your exercise time.
While the children begin gymnastics, you can move your food and decorations into our private room.
The final payment will be made on the day of your child's birthday.
Our general conditions
A non-refundable $50 deposit must be made to secure the birthday reservation.
Payments must be made by debit or cash in person or online with your credit card.
You will be contacted by a member of our team to confirm the number of participants 10 days before the activity.
Minimum rate required based on the number of children confirmed:
a. 10 children or less: $112 (1 coach)
b. 11 to 16 children: $176 (2 coaches)
c. 17 to 22 children: $272 (3 coaches)You cannot add children on the day of the activity if this addition is above the limit for the number of coaches present.
You will have access to the party room during the time when the children are doing gymnastics and not before.
The party room is reserved for 60 minutes. You must vacate the room by the time specified in the contract (see page 1). Staff will begin cleaning when your time is up.
Children will be accompanied by the required number of coaches during gymnastics time. Children will then be escorted to the party room. No coaches will remain in the party room. You are responsible for the children in the party room. It is absolutely forbidden for children to enter the training gym after the gymnastics activity.
If you wish to add a special activity (magician, superhero, etc.), this activity must be approved in advance by the Youth Aire Club. The activity must be done after gymnastics time, in the gym. The activity must be included in the 60-minute gym time. The special activity cannot be in the training gym, touch the gymnastics equipment, or ask children to perform acrobatics.
No child may access the gymnasium outside of gym time.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged items.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add extra hours to the birthday?
Unfortunately, we are unable to add additional gymnastics time to your party. Trust us, one hour of gymnastics will be enough.
We are also not able to add hours in the private room.
What is included in the private room?
We provide the furniture (tables and chairs), as well as some decorations like colored tablecloths and multicolored balloons. You also have access to the refrigerator to store your cake.
Do I have access to the party room before the party?
You can only access the gym when the children start gymnastics with the coach. We cannot let you in earlier.
