18-36 months
( 40 min/lesson)
Accompanied by a parent, children learn the basics of gymnastics through fun courses, games, and exercises. It's the perfect activity for developing toddlers' motor skills and boosting their self-esteem!

18 years and over
(adult gym, 90 min/class)
One of the few gyms offering classes for adults! Regardless of age, adult classes at Jeune Aire are designed for those who want to have fun and progress at their own pace. No gymnastics experience necessary. Pay-as-you-go registration is available.

3-4 years
(40 min/lesson)
A first step toward independence! Parents can attend the class, but they don't have to participate. The child learns to listen to their coach's instructions, master basic gymnastics movements, and develop their confidence.

6-17 years old
(55 min/cours)
The club also offers its members the opportunity to progress in the trampoline discipline. From recreational to competitive, girls and boys can choose to pursue their gymnastic passion exclusively on this apparatus. An audition is required for athletes aspiring to compete in trampolining.

5-17 years old
5-7 years old (55 min/lesson)
8-10 years old (55 min/lesson)
11 years and over (55 min/lesson)
As movements on the various gymnastics apparatus become more precise, the child further develops their concentration and coordination. They continue to progress in the CANGYM program and are assessed according to a detailed scale. More advanced children can move on to higher levels of the recreational program and join the club's intermediate groups, as long as they have successfully completed the required prerequisites.
ANNUAL GALA
At the end of each gymnastics year, the Club Jeune Aire presents its annual gala at the Théâtre Desjardins, the result of the efforts of our gymnasts and trampolinists aged five and over at the recreational, pre-competitive and competitive levels.
The result is a colorful and acrobatic entertainment!
